PORT TOWNSEND TV has two Broadstripe channels—Channel 97 and 98. These operating rules are for the Public component of PORT TOWNSEND TV broadcast exclusively on Channel 97. Government and Education have their own operating rules and broadcast on Channel 98.
The broadcast industry is regulated at the Federal, State and Local level. These operating rules are intended to guide and assist producers as they explore their creativity. These operating rules will evolve as PORT TOWNSEND TV evolves and gains experience serving the specific needs of our community within the context of the national environment.

PORT TOWNSEND TV includes:

- A Public Access Philosophy. PORT TOWNSEND TV offers an important conduit for information exchange between citizens, public agencies and government. Opportunity for membership is available to all Jefferson County citizens on a nondiscriminatory basis.
