What Membership Fees Buy

Annual membership fees give members immediate access to the channel to air any footage that is in compliance with these operating rules. It also allows members to take training classes on the equipment after which they may use the gear on a first come/first served basis. There is no rental fee for using the studio, the edit suites or the field equipment. There is no additional fee for broadcasting programs other than the cost of signal enhancement, if necessary. The staff will alert any member if signal quality is a problem. Members can at that time choose to withdraw the program or pay for the cost of enhancement.

All members must bring their own media to the studio for mastering and any additional media needed for copies. Tapes or other media such as DVD provided by members must meet industry standards and carry the appropriate logo for their format. Membership is good for one year from the day payment is received.
